Refund Policy
All Trip Benefits Members have 30 days to try out Trip Benefits for free. After the 30 day trial, beginning on the day the member signs up for a paying account, the member must pay a monthly fee of $9.98. Members can cancel at any time. If a member cancels after their monthly fee has been accessed, they can be refunded the last monthly fee. If a member has been erroneously charged through a support or accounting error, that member may be eligible for a larger refund.
